Artist Willard Lustenader's oil paintings and mixed media work on paper, including both his series of still life paintings using paper cut-outs as the object of study, and his paintings combining landscape and interior elements, will be on display in the Luchsinger Gallery in the Wallace Performing Arts Center at Greenwich Academy from November 2, through December 14, 2007. A reception for the artist will be held on Friday, November 16, 2007, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM in the gallery.

Greenwich Academy Visual Arts Chair Sherry Tamalonis noted, "Willard Lustenader paints modern subjects---sometimes abstract and sometimes trompe d'oeil, with the hand of a Renaissance master of light and surface."
