Cultural Diversity Institute at Milton Academy

Started in 1995, this annual summer institute provides a model and access to a set of resources for independent school administrators, teachers and trustees, drawn from around the country, to assist them in developing a diversity plan for their school. The Institute serves as a showcase for a group of keynote speakers, educators and consultants who have been particularly effective in addressing various components of the diversity initiatives in independent schools and their impact on a school's board, administration, faculty, curriculum and student body.
