Each
year Greenwich Academy relies on the generosity of its alumnae,
parents, past parents, grandparents and friends to make contributions
on behalf of our Annual Fund.
Student tuition, GA's endowment allocations and income from other revenue cover about 91% of the school's operating budget. The unrestricted monies of the Annual Fund are used to bridge the 9% gap
between the cost of tuition and the actual cost of educating a student.
In 2006-2007, this gap is $3,200 per student.
Your participation in the Annual Fund enables Greenwich
Academy to
- attract and retain our exceptional faculty by increasing
compensation and continuing to provide ongoing professional development.
- continue a strong commitment to our financial aid
program.
- maintain and enhance our outstanding physical plant
and keep pace with constantly changing technological needs at
every grade level.
